RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you love your Diani Swim purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange, please review our policy below.
14-DAY RETURN
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition—clean, unused, unaltered, and undamaged, with all labels and hygiene stickers intact and in the original packaging. We recommend trying on bottoms with your own underwear. Items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted, and return arrangements will be the customer’s responsibility.

Please note that we do not offer refunds. You can choose one of the following options for your return:
- Store Credit
- Exchange for another item
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, please contact us at info@dianiswim.com with your order number for instructions. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with details on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Before sealing your return package, please ensure the return & exchange form is completed with your order number and name clearly written. This will help us identify your return quickly.
RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESSING
We aim to process returns within 3-5 business days of receiving your package. Once processed and approved, we will send you an email confirmation that store credit has been issued to your account. You can then use this credit towards a new purchase.
RETURN SHIPPING
The cost of returning items for store credit or exchange is the responsibility of the customer. Please use a secure, insured, and tracked courier service, as we are not liable for items that do not reach our facility in Spain. We do not accept returns sent without tracking. Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@dianiswim.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly. Please note, items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions are not considered faulty.
