ORDER PROCESSING AND TRACKING
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on the selected shipping service and destination. You will receive an order confirmation email once you complete your purchase. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder. After your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking ID will be sent. Use the provided tracking link to monitor your order's progress.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We regret to inform you that cancellations or changes cannot be made once an order is placed. Therefore, please ensure that all details are correct before finalising your purchase.
DUTIES AND TAXES
For shipments within the European Union, no customs duties are incurred as parcels are shipped from within the EU (Spain). For non-EU shipments, customs duties and VAT may apply and are the customer's responsibility. These charges are determined by customs based on the purchase value and destination country regulations. Diani is not liable for any customs charges or local taxes.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. Keep in mind that shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla will require the provision of the DNI / NIE for customs duties and taxes.
The prices on the site do not include taxes or customs duties (this applies to orders outside Europe, the Canary Islands, and the United Kingdom). All applicable obligations will be borne by the client. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate the amount of duty you will pay, but your local customs should be able to estimate the price. Please note, if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.
HANDLING REJECTED OR RETURNED PARCELS
If a parcel is unclaimed or refused by the receiver, UPS will return it to Diani. A fee ranging from €20 to €80 will be deducted from your store credit to cover return shipping costs due to refusal. This fee is non-negotiable. Additionally, any parcel returned due to an incorrect address will incur a fee.
RESPONSIBILITY
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. If there are any issues with your delivery, please contact the courier service directly—Correos for Spain and UPS for all other countries.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Once an order has been fulfilled, address changes are not possible. If you request a change before fulfilment, we will try to accommodate it, but it cannot be guaranteed.
DELAYS IN DELIVERY
Occasionally, delays may occur that are beyond Diani's control. If your parcel is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for the latest information. Our customer care team is also available to assist with any further questions.
